GET STARTED

To join the Cordova Youth Wrestling Club, please complete the following steps.

Dues for the season are $55. If you have any questions as you go through the process, please contact info@cordovapounders.com.

STEP 1

Go to the USA Wrestling site and create your account to join USA Wrestling as an Athlete. Please be sure to choose the Cordova Youth Wrestling Club as your affiliated club.

STEP 2

Complete the Cordova Youth Wrestling Club Online Registration Form.

Part 1: Complete the Release & Waiver PDF.

Part 2: Email the electronic copy to info@cordovapounders.com OR bring the printed copy to practice

STEP 4

Purchase your $55 Cordova Youth Wrestling Club membership. This membership allows wrestlers to participate in any practices, tournaments, camps or other events that are held by the CYWC.
